INGREDIENTS:
- Pea - 1 cup
- Tofu - 1 packet
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Garlic - 2
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Grind onion, garlic into fine paste by adding less water as possible.
- Grind tomato separately into a paste and keep it aside.
- Break tofu in a blender by running it once.
- In a pan heat oil; add ground onion paste and cook until oil separates.
- Now add coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and sauté for a minute.
- Now add tomato and sauté for a another minute.
- Now add the pea, salt to taste, 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
- Now add the tofu; simmer and cook until oil start floating and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with chapati.
