Paneer kofta is a excellent protein rich dish. This is an excellent side dish for chapathi, Naan and Paratha.

INGREDIENTS:
- Paneer - 50 grams
- Potato - 2
- Corn flour - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 3
- Cashews - 20
- Cumin Seeds - 2 teaspoon(tsp.)
- Red chili powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Garam masala - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Oil- as needed
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
- Slat - as needed
PREPARATION:
- ---Making Kofta:---
- Boil potatoes and mash them nicely.
- Grate the paneer into fine pieces.
- In a blow add mashed potato, shredded panner, Corn flour, 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) of red chili powder, salt and add little water and mix well to make a dough.
- Heat oil in pan. Make small balls of the mix and deep fry them till it turns golden brown.
- ---Making Gravy:---
- Grind onions, tomatoes into fine paste.
- Powder cashew and cumin seeds separately.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the onion tomato paste and sauté until oil separates.
- Now add curd, cashew powder, cumin powder, 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) of chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well. Add little water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- One the right thickness of the gravy is reached; Add the balls into the gravy and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
NOTES:
- Goes well with chapathi or Naan or Paratha.
