In a blow add mashed potato, shredded panner, Corn flour, 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) of red chili powder, salt and add little water and mix well to make a dough.
Heat oil in pan. Make small balls of the mix and deep fry them till it turns golden brown.
Now add curd, cashew powder, cumin powder, 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) of chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well. Add little water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
One the right thickness of the gravy is reached; Add the balls into the gravy and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
