Broccoli soup recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1. Broccoli - 2 cup chopped
2. Finely hopped onion - 1
3. Finely chopped garlic - 2 clove
4. Water - 2 cup
5. Milk - 2 cup
6. Corn flour - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
7. Black pepper powder - for taste
8. Olive oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
9. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

1. Dissolve the corn flour in milk.
2. In a psn heat olive oil. add onion, garlic and sauté. now add broccoli and sauté until the broccoli raw smell is gone for about 5 minutes.
3. Now add 2 cup of water and cook until all they water evaporates.
4. Now make puree of the cooked broccoli in a blender or mixer/
5. Heat a pan add the puree. water as needed and bring to boil. add milk mixture and cook until the corn flour is cooked and soup becomes thick.
6. Serve with salt, black pepper for taste.
