INGREDIENTS:
- Ladies finger - 1/2 kilogram
- Mango powder (optional) - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Cumin powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chili powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Shredded fresh coconut - 5 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chopped coriander leaf - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Clean and trim the tail ladies finger.
- Now slit either side. NOTE: slit should not open hole on the other side.
- Mix mango powder, cumin powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, shredded coconut, chopped coriander, sugar, salt together in a bowl.
- Now stuff ladies finger with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the ladies finger until they are cooked and serve.
NOTES:
- When you roast them don't ever cover with a lid.
- Cook them in low heat without burning them.
- When you flip over be very gentle and don't break them.
