INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chocolate chip - 1/2 cup
  2. Dry shredded coconut - 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk - 1/2 Tin
  4. Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add coconut, condensed milk and mix well. Now add coconut milk and mix well. Make small balls out of this mixture.
  2. Melt chocolate chip in microwave (take about a minute) or with double boiler.
  3. Dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate. Keep this in fridge for 2 - 3 hours then serve.

NOTES:

  1. If you don't have dry shredded coconut. Keep the fresh shredded coconut in fridge for 1 - 2 hours then spin this once in a blender (mixer).
