INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Ladies finger (okra) - 1/2 kilogram
 - Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Spit black gram - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Garlic - 3 clove
 - Curry leaf - from 1 sprig
 - Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Fresh shredded coconut - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Jaggery (optional) - a piece
 - Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Salt - as needed
 - ----------------------------

 - Sesame seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Pea nut (ground nut) - a handful
 
PREPARATION:
- Cut the ladies finger (okra) into medium size pieces with slanted edges.
 - Dry roast the sesame seeds, cumin seeds. Add them to peanuts
 - In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, split black gram, garlic cloves, curry leaves and sautae until the mustard seeds stop splattering.
 - Now add the ladies finger (okra) pieces, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt. Mix well. Place a lid and cook this in simmering heat (low flame) for couple of minutes.
 - Now add shredded coconut, jaggery. mix well. Place lid and continue cooking until they ladies finger (okra) pieces are cooked. NOTE: time to time check to avoid burring. Usually if add more oil you can avoid burring.
 - Now add the powdered ingredients (sesame seed + cumin seed + peanut (ground nut). Mix well abd serrve,
