Moringa drumstick masala with coconut recipe a wholesome nutritious dish. Goes well with kuzhumbu, sambar and rasam

INGREDIENTS:
- Moringa drumstick - 3 or 4
- Chopped Shallot (sambar onion) - 7
- Chopped Tomato - 1
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 10 count
- Oil - as needed
- Salt - as needed.
- ----------------------------------
- --- For grinding to paste ----
- ----------------------------------
- Shredded coconut - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chopped Shallot (sambar onion) - 5
- Dry chili - 5 or 7 count
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cut moringa drumstick in 2 inches.
- Now grind the ingredients under the section "--- For grinding to paste ----" into a thick fine paste.
- In pressure heat oil, add mustard seeds once the mustard seeds splatter add shallot (sambar onion), curry leaves and sauté until the shallot (sambar onion) turns translucent.
- Now add tomato and sauté until they become mushy.
- Now add the moringa drumstick, ground masala pate, salt and water as needed in a pressure cooker. Pressure cooker this for 2 whistle. once the pressure settles down serve.
NOTES:
- You can cook the same brinjal (egg plant).
