One of the many reasons to make home made paneer is to avoid adultery in ingredients. Let see how easy is it to make home made fresh paneer.

INGREDIENTS:
- Whole milk - 1 liter
- Lemon - 1/2
PREPARATION:
- Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan until the water almost evaporated. i.e. very thick milk. NOTE: stir time to time to avoid burn in the bottom of the pan.
- Now bring the heat to simmer and squeeze the lemon juice without seeds This will form curd in the milk.
- Now filter the curded milk in a very thin cloth. Now tie the cloth tight so it squeezes all the liquid.
- Place the cheese over a pan with holes. Now place a heavy weight on the cheese. After 10 hours remove it and keep it in freezer. NOTE: Make sure all the liquid is gone.
- Use this to make many dishes.
NOTES:
- Serving size: 5 person, Cooking Time: 25 minutes
- Use for cooking soon as it will go bad. May be couple of days in freezer.
