INGREDIENTS:
- Capsicum (green color) - 1/4 kilogram
- Paneer - 1/4 kilogram
- Chopped Onion - 2
- Ginger, garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ajinomoto (MSG) - a pinch
- Oil - as needed (olive oil will be good)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- De-seed the capsicum and chop them into small cubes. Chop paneer into small cubes as well.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add the paneer and fry them to golden brown and keep them aside.
- Sauté capsicum, Ajinomoto in oil and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. add onion and sauté until they turn translucent (golden brown). Now add ginger garlic paste until raw smell is gone.
- Now add fried, paneer, sautéed capsicum mix well and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with bread
