INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped capsicum - 1
- Dry chili - 3
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Shredded coconut - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Sea salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Grind coconut, cumin seeds, dry chili and salt by adding 3 tablespoon (tbsp.) of water into a fine paste
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds stop splattering add the capsicum and sauté for a minute.
- Place a lid and cook for 4 minutes by stirring time to time so it does not get burnt.
- Now add the ground paste and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes with rice.
