INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Capsicum - 4 (big size)
- Roasted gram - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fresh shredded coconut - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Tamarind paste - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Soak roasted gram in water for 10 minutes.
- Grind soaked roasted gram, coconut, tamarind paste, water as needed into a fine thick paste.
- In a pan heat oil. add cumin seeds once the cumin seeds stop splattering add capsicum pieces and sauté until the capsicum becomes soft.
- Now add the ground coconut paste and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add salt, chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and cook in low flame until oil floats and serve.
