INGREDIENTS:
- Baby corn - 1/2 kilogram
- Chopped onion - 2
- Chopped tomato - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fresh cream - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Unsalted butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf - little
- Cinnamon stick - a small piece
- Clove - 1
- Bay leaf - 1
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a pan heat oil. Now add cinnamon stick, clove, bay leaf and sauté until aroma is released.
- Now add the chopped onion and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add the chopped tomato and sauté until they turn mushy and start to release oil.
- Now add the chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Now add the baby corn, water as needed and cook.
- Once the corn is cooked and oil starts to separate add the fresh cream and cook until it becomes thick with oil separated
