INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped chapatti pieces - 3 cup
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped tomato - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped cabbage - 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped capsicum - 1/4 cup
  7. Chopped green beans - 1/4 cup
  8. Chopped cauliflower - 1/4 cup
  9. Slit green chili - 4
  10. Chopped scallion (spring onion) - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  11. Coriander leaf - little
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  13. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  14. Oil - as needed
  15. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. add onion, salt and sauté until they turn translucent (golden brown).
  2. Now add green chili, tomato and sauté until the tomato becomes mushy.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, chili powder and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add all the chopped vegetables and sauté until the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Now add the chapatti, coriander leaves and mix well until the chapatti is coated well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with pachadi
