INGREDIENTS:
- Kezhvaragu (finger millet or ragi) flour - 500 grams
- Sugar - 250 grams
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1/2 liter.
PREPARATION:
- Mix Kezhvaragu (finger millet or ragi), sugar, salt and make a dough by adding lukewarm water as needed.
- Now make a lemon size ball with the dough.
- Flatten the dough into to thick sheet.
- Heat oil in a pan deep fry them and serve.
NOTES:
- Instead of deep frying you can cook like chapati and serve.
