INGREDIENTS:
- Chapathi - 6
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Finely chopped capsicum - 1
- Finely chopped garlic - 3
- Finely chopped spring onion - 1
- Finely chopped tomato - 1
- Chili powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped mint leaf - 5
- Finely chopped coriander leaf - 8
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Break chapathi into small pieces (about an inch).
- Heat oil in a pan; add onion, spring onion, garlic, capsicum and sauté for 1 minute.
- Now add chili powder, tomato and sauté for another minute.
- Now add broken chapathi, salt to taste and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add tomato sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add the mint leaves, coriander leaves and sauté for a minute and serve.
