INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded beetroot - 2
- Shredded carrot - 2
- Potato - 2 small (cut into 4 pieces or 1 inch cube)
- Green peas - 1/4 cup
- Wheat flour - as needed or 3 cup.
- Green chili paste - from 6 chili
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In pressure cooker cook beetroot, carrot, potato, green peas, 1 cup of water and cook for 3 whistle. Wait until pressure is released and cool cooked ingredients.
- In a pan add 3 cups of wheat flour, add the cooked ingredients, green chili paste, salt to taste and make chapati dough.
- Now make small 2 inch balls and flatten them. NOTE: You cannot fatten this like chapati. You need to flatten it with your hand on a well oiled surface. (plastic sheet ..)

- Heat a skillet add oil as needed. And make sure it covers all the surface.
- Now cook the flatten dough until it is cooked both side and serve. NOTE: You have to flip to other side when one side is cooked.
