INGREDIENTS:
- Pottu kadalai (roasted gram) - 25 grams or 1/4 cup
- Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Hot dry chili - 1
- Black pepper - 4
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Curry leaves (optional) - 3
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a blender (mixi) add water as needed and grind all the ingredients into a fine paste to thick consistency and serve.
