INGREDIENTS:
- Gooseberry - 4
- Green chili - 2
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Shredded coconut - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- De-seed the gooseberry. Clean and skin the ginger.
- In a blender add gooseberry, green chili, ginger, coconut, salt to taste and grind them into a thick fine piece and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with curd rice.
