INGREDIENTS:
- Potato - 2
- Rice flour - 4 cup
- Roasted gram powder - 1/2 cup
- Mint leaf - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Green chili - 5
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Caraway seed (omum) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - to fry
PREPARATION:
- Boil the potato and mash them.
- Grind ginger, green chili, mint leaf, lemon juice in to a thick paste.
- Mix potato, ginger paste, rice flour, roasted gram powder, caraway seed, salt to taste into a dough consistent to puri dough.
- Make small out of the dough and flatten them into think round sheet. Poke these with small holes.
- Heat the oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry them until they turn golden brown and serve.
