INGREDIENTS:
- Rice flour - 2 cup
- Black gram flour - 1 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Asafoetida powder - a pinch
- Butter - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Sesame seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Soaked split bengal gram - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to deep fry
PREPARATION:
- Coat a bowl with butter. Now add asafoetida powder, salt to taste, chili powder, sesame powder, soaked split bengal gram and mix well.
- Now add rice flour, bengal gram flour. Now add water as needed and knead it to a non sticky pliable dough. Now add coconut oil and mix well.
- Make small out of the dough and flatten them into think round sheet. Poke these with small holes.
- Heat the oil to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry them until they turn golden brown and serve.
