INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked basmati rice - 3 cups
- Cut Cauliflower - 1 cups
- Cut green beans - 1/2 cup
- Cut carrots - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Finely cut cabbages - 1/2 cup
- Finely cut onions - 1/2 cup
- Cut bell pepper - 1
- Oil - 3/4 cup
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- In a frying pan or wok heat oil to high temperature.
- Now add all the cut vegetables and fry then until they are 3/4 done.
- Now black pepper, lemon juice and salt and cook for 2 min. Now add the cooked basmati rice.
- Stir fry until the vegetable are fully covered and cooked well.
