INGREDIENTS:
- Rice - 300 grams
- Finely Chopped cauliflower - 1/2 kilogram
- Finely Chopped green bean - 50 grams
- Finely Chopped carrot - 50 grams
- Finely Cabbage - 50 grams
- Green pea - 50 grams
- Finely chopped Spring onion - 15
- Finely chopped Onion - 50 grams
- Finely chopped capsicum - 1
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) or to your spice level
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Sugar (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ajinomoto - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1/4 cup
PREPARATION:
- Cook the rice until its cooked 90% or 95%.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Now add the chopped vegetable except spring onion and sauté until they are cooked.
- Now add cooked rice and sauté until the vegetables are mixed well with the rice.
- Now add lemon rice, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, ajinomoto, chopped spring onion and sauté until all the get together and then server hot.
