INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked rice - 4 cup
- Chopped fenugreek leaves - 2 cup
- Chopped boiled potato - 3
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Slit green chili - 2
- Finely chopped tomato - 1
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Ginger, garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Unsalted butter - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander leaf- little
- Oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Heat oil, butter in a pan. Now add onion, green chili and sauté until the onion turns translucent (golden brown).
- Now add tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt as need and sauté until oil separates.
- Now add the fenugreek leaves and cook until they are sautéed.
- Now add chili powder, garam masala and sauté until oil separates or until its dry.
- Now add the boiled potato and cook until the potato is well coated.
- Now add the cooked rice and mix well until the rice is coated well then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
