INGREDIENTS:
- Rice flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - to taste
- Cardamom - 2
PREPARATION:
- Add salt into the flour and mix well. Now add little by little warm water and mix well.
- Make sure you don't add lot of water (when you steam the water will pass through the dough and some will be observed) and the flour is wet enough.
- The flour will be like the shredded coconut consistency. With the help of puttu make steam 2-3 min the raw puttu and serve.
NOTES:
- Make layers when you stuff the puttu maker, like say shredded coconut, wet rice flour.
