INGREDIENTS:
- Ragi (Finger millet) flour - 1/2 cup
- Water - 4 cup
- Salt - as needed
- Yogurt (curd) - 2 cup
PREPARATION:
- Dissolve the ragi (finger millet) flour in water without any lump then cook this by stirring time to time continuously.
- Once the ragi is cooked add the yogurt and serve.
NOTES:
- Preparation time: 2 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes, Servings: 2
