INGREDIENTS:
- Drumstick leaves - 2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Split black gram - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry chili - 1
- Raw rice - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- Roast the rice until they become Puffed rice. Now grid this to coarse in a mixer. To this add garlic and run mixer in pulse mode for 2 to 3 times.
- Heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds, black gram. dry chili. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering. Now add the drumstick leaves and sauté them to 3 to 4 minutes. NOTE: if gets too dry sprinkle little water.
- Now add the coarse rice powder, salt and mix well. Sauté and cook this for another minute.
NOTES:
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
