INGREDIENTS:
- Ladies finger - 500 grams
- Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- -- For masala stuffing--
- Dry mango powder (amchur) - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Coriander powder - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.) or as required
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- Wash and wipe completely dry all the ladies finger. Cut the head and tail ends. Silt the ladies finger vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
- Combine all the ingredients under "-- For masala stuffing--" in a bowl and mix well.
- Fill all the split ladies finger with the masala without breaking them.
- Heat oil in a pan. and fry the ladies finger in low heat (flame) until they are cooked and serve.
NOTES:
- Make sure the ladies finger are dry after you wash them or the result will not be good.
