INGREDIENTS:
- Cabbage - 500 grams
- Onion - 50 grams
- Green chili - 3
- Grated coconut - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - 5
- Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Finely chop cabbage, add turmeric powder mix well and keep it aside.
- Finely chop onion, garlic, green chili.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seed, onion, garlic, curry leaves and cook until onion turn golden brown.
- Now add the cabbage and cook until it turns brown and cooked. Should take 5 to 8 minutes
- Now add the chopped chili, pepper powder. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add the grated coconut. Mix well and serve.
