Spicy cauliflower recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Cauliflower - 1
 - Finely chopped Onion - 1
 - Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Coriander leaf - for garnish
 - Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Salt - as needed
 - -----------------------------------------
 - -- For Ground to Paste ---
 - -----------------------------------------
 - Black pepper - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Ginger - small piece
 - Garlic - 3 clove
 - Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 
PREPARATION:
- Grind ingredients under the section "-- For Ground to Paste ---" into a thick fine paste by adding water as needed.
 - In a pan heat oil; add mustard seeds and once they stop splattering add the chopped onion and sauté until they become translucent (golden brown)
 - Now add the chopped cauliflower and sauté for 2 to 3 minute.
 - Now add the ground paste. Cove with lid and cook until the cauliflower is cooked. NOTE: Time to time stir to avoid burning.
 - Garnish with coriander leaf. Mix well and serve.
 
NOTES:
- Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes.
