INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled potato - 4
  2. Chopped green bean - 10 count
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Chat masala powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Fenugreek seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  10. Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cube the potatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds and sauté; Now add onion and sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, chat masala powder, cumin powder and sauté for 2 to 3 minute without burning it.
  5. Now add the cooked potato, green beans, salt and sauté for 5 minutes until the green beans is cooked and serve.

NOTES:

  1. you can cook boil the bean as well. Make sure it has no water or drain the water.
