INGREDIENTS:
- Plantain - 1
 - Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Yogurt or curd - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Cumin seed powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Corn flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Roasted gram flour - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Salt - as needed
 
PREPARATION:
- De-skin the plantain and cook in water for 5 minutes.
 - Now cut the plantain into 1/2 inch thick round flat pieces.
 - Make a thick paste by mixing coriander powder, corn flour, roasted gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, yogurt or cured, lemon juice and salt.
 - Now marinate the cooked plantain by applying the paste for 10 minutes.
 - Pan fry the marinated plantains in batches until they turns golden brown and serve.
