INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mullangi (Radish) - 2 cup (cubed small or shredded)
  2. Omam - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Chopped green chili - 2
  4. Asafoetida powder - 2 pinch
  5. Oil - 2 tablespoon (tbsp>)
  6. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add omam once it stop splattering add green chili, asafoetida powder and sauté.
  2. Now add the chopped or shredded mullangi (radish) and sauté.
  3. Now add salt as needed cook until all the water is evaporated and Mullangi (Radish) is cooked and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Adjust the heat to avoid burning.
  2. Goes well with white rice, dosai, chapatti.
