Keerai should be every dish in house hold. Its the best way to get excellent nutrition with less calories. To get the most out of it you should use different variety of keerai. Excellent for diabetic person.

INGREDIENTS:
- Keerai - 1 bunch
- Chopped onion - 1
- Salt - to taste
- -------------------------------
- -- for tempering ---
- ------------------------
- Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Split black gram - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry chili - 2
- Crushed garlic - 2 clove
PREPARATION:
- Clean the keerai and chop them.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds, split black gram, dry chili, crushed garlic. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add chopped keerai, salt and sauté.
- Place a lid and cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until the keerai cooked. Make sure you don't burn it. to avoid burn time to time open the lid and stir.
NOTES:
- don't need to add water as the keerai will release water.
