INGREDIENTS:
- Drumstick leaves - from 1 bunch
- Peanut - 50 grams
- Garlic - 1 whole
- Dry chili - 3 or 4
- Oil, mustard seed - for tempering.
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Grind coarsely peanut, dry chili, garlic cloves (from 1 whole garlic) in a mixer.
- In pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add the drumstick leaves and sauté. Sprinkle water time to time cover with lid and sauté until the leaves are cooked.
- Now add ground coconut mix well. Cook this for couple of minutes and then serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with kara kuzhambu, dry fish kuzhambu.
