INGREDIENTS:
- Ladies finger - 1/2 kilogram
- Gram flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- -- For Marination --
- Lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Chop the top part and tail of ladies finger and split them vertically half.
- In a bowl add ladies finger and all the ingredients under the section "-- For Marination --", salt and mix well. Keep this aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After marinating for 10 to 15 minutes, sprinkle gram flour. Mix and coat the ladies finger well.
- Now deep fry them in oil to golden brown and serve.
NOTES:
