INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ladies finger - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Gram flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. -- For Marination --
    1. Lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
    2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    3. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
    4. Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
    5. Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Chop the top part and tail of ladies finger and split them vertically half.
  2. In a bowl add ladies finger and all the ingredients under the section "-- For Marination --", salt and mix well. Keep this aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. After marinating for 10 to 15 minutes, sprinkle gram flour. Mix and coat the ladies finger well.
  4. Now deep fry them in oil to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:
