INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Capsicum - 3
- Finely chopped Onion - 1
- Roasted gram - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as required.
- -- For tempering--
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaf - from 1 sprig
- Split black gram - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Finely powder the roasted gram .
- In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, split black gram. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add onion and sauté until they turn translucent (golden brown).
- Now add chili powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now add capsicum, salt and sauté for 5 minutes or until its cooked. Once the capsicum is cooked add the roasted gram powder mix well and then serve.
