INGREDIENTS:
- Broccoli - 1
- Plantain - 1
- Baby corn - 6 grains
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Green chili - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Tomato - 1
- Coriander leaf - 10
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 3/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dry chili - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Break the broccoli into to small pieces and cook or steam them.
- Thinly slice onion and capsicum.
- Chop ginger, garlic, green chili, tomato into to fine pieces.
- Cut plantain into small pieces and cook or steam them.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, dry chili (break them), once the cumin start to splatter add onion, green chili, ginger, garlic and sauté until onion turns golden brown.
- Now add baby corn, capsicum and sauté until capsicum is cooked.
- Now add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, 1/4 cup of water and cook for 10 min.
- Now add the cooked plantain, tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add black pepper powder, garam masala powder.
- Sauté for 1 minute and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with puri, chapati, naan.
