INGREDIENTS:
- Bitter gourd seed - from 5 ripe bitter gourd
 - Butter milk - 1/2 cup
 - Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
 - Salt - as needed
 - Oil - to shallow fry.
 
PREPARATION:
- Soak the bitter gourd seeds in butter milk for an hour.
 - Remove the seeds from bitter gourd. Add chili powder, salt to the seeds. Mix well and keep it aside for an hour.
 - Heat oil in a pan. Now fry the seeds to golden brown and serve.
 
NOTES:
- Bitter but healthy snack. Kill worms in the stomach.
