INGREDIENTS:
- Semiya (vermicelli) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cup Or to your sweet preference
- Milk - 1 cup
- Crushed cardamom - 4
- Roasted cashew in ghee - 10
- Raisin - 5
- Saffron - little
- Ghee - a needed
PREPARATION:
- Soaked saffron in little milk.
- Roast the semiya in ghee and keep it aside.
- In a pan bring milk to boil. Now add the roasted semiya and mix well.
- Now add cardamom, cashew, raisins, saffron and cook until the semiya until become soft and tender.
- Now add 1 cup of sugar, mix well until the sugar dissolves. Taste for sugar preference if needed add more sugar.
- Remove from stove then serve cold or hot.
