INGREDIENTS:
- Raw pumpkin seed - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 ½ Cup
- Milk - ½ liter
PREPARATION:
- Soak pumpkin seed for 30 minutes. Now wash well, drain water and keep it aside.
- Grind the soaked pumpkin seeds, by adding ½ of Milk into a fine paste.
- In a pan add the ground pumpkin seed paste, rest of the milk, sugar and mix well.
- Simmer and cook in low heat the payasam until it boils and foams up. Remove from heat and serve.
