Palmyra palm fruit pudding recipe

In summer we enjoy palm fruit (nugu) in many form. let see how to make pudding with it. Kids will love this.

INGREDIENTS:
- Chopped Palmyra palm fruit (nungu) - 10
- Milk (boiled and cooledd down) - 1 cup
- Vanilla essence - little
- China grass (agar agar) - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Sugar - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Add 1/2 cup of water to china grass (agar agar) and bring to boil then remove from heat.
- In a bowl add milk, vanilla essence, sugar, boiled china grass (agar agar) and mix well.
- Now add the Palmyra palm fruit (nungu) pieces and mix well.
- Pour this in small glass containers and keep in freezer for at least 6 hours and then serve.
