INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat rava - 250 grams
- Nestle Milk maid Or Sweetened condensed milk - 1 Tin
- Cashew - 50 grams
- Almond - 15
- Ghee - 5 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cardamom - 3
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Sugar - 150 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Soak wheat rava in 3 cups of water for 3 hours.
- Grind cashew into a thick paste.
- Soak the almonds and slice them to think pieces.
- Transfer the soaking wheat rava to a pressure cooker and cook for 5 to 6 whistle. Once the pressure is gone.
- Place the pressure cooker back in stove (heat).
- Now add sugar and dissolve it. Once the sugar is dissolved.
- Now add the ground cashew paste and mix well.
- Now add milk maid (condense milk), cardamom and continue cooking until it foams and thicken to your preference.
- In a separate pan roast cardamom, cinnamon stick in ghee and add to the cooking Firni. Mix well and serve.
