INGREDIENTS:
- Vermicelli - 100 grams
- Sugar - 75 grams or as sweet you like to
- Cashews - 10
- Cardamom - 3
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Ghee - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Raisins - 10
- Maida flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - a pinch
PREPARATION:
- Melt ghee add cashews, cardamom, raisins and fry them (raisins will become plump)
- Now add the vermicelli and fry for few minutes.
- Add 2 cup of water, sugar and salt and bring to boil.
- Mix Maida flour in few teaspoon (tsp.) of water and add to the boiling liquid.
- After 3-5 min of boiling add the coconut milk and cook for another 5 min then remove from heat and serve.
