INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 3
- Cashew - 12
- Almond - 12
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 1/2 liter
- Poppy seed - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Vanilla essence - 4 drops.
PREPARATION:
- Boil milk and reduce it to 200 Millie liter.
- Soak cashew, almond in water for 1 hour. Drain the water and keep it aside.
- In a blender grind soaked cashew, almond, poppy seeds and grind into a fine paste by adding little water as possible.
- In a bowl break the egg and beat them well. Now add the sugar and beat until it becomes a white foam.
- Now add the milk, ground paste and beat well for 10 minutes until it foams well.
- Now add the vanilla essence and mix well.
- Melt ghee in pressure cooker, now add the pudding and cook until 1 whistle.
- Release the pressure. Now make pudding in different shapes and serve with almond.
