INGREDIENTS:
- Goat or lamb bones - 200 grams
- Cabbage - 100 grams
- Tomato - 100 grams
- Onion - 100 grams
- Carrot - 100 grams
- Celery - 100 grams
- Turnip - 100 grams
- Black pepper powder - as needed
- Shredded Cheese (optional) - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Butter - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Chop vegetables (cabbage, carrots, celery, turnips), onion, tomatoes into small pieces.
- Boil meat bones with 4 cup of water and get broth.
- Melt butter in pan add onion, tomato, cabbage, carrots, celery, turnips and cook for few minutes.
- Now add the broth, bring to boil and cook until the vegetables are cooked and remove from heat.
- Filter the soup or you can mash the vegetables.
- When you serve, add black pepper powder, salt to taste as needed. You can sprinkle with cheese if you like cheese.
