INGREDIENTS:
- Onion - 1 small size
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Chicken pieces with bones - 200 grams
- Coriander leaves - 10 leaves
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Salt - for taste
- Cumin - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp)
- Black pepper - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp)
PREPARATION:
- Cut onions into fine cubes. Ground ginger garlic in to paste. (or cut them in to fine pieces)
- Cut tomatoes into fine pieces.
- Crush black pepper and cumin seeds to a powder.
- In pressure cooker heat 3-4 table spoon of oil. Now add cut onions and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Now add all the other ingredients and cook for 7-10 min.
- Add 2 cups of water. Pressure cook until 2 whistle. Strain and serve the soup.
NOTES:
- You can cook this without pressure cooker. In a pan cook the soup until chicken is well done.
