INGREDIENTS:

  1. Onion - 1 small size
  2. Tomato - 1
  3. Ginger - 1 inch
  4. Chicken pieces with bones - 200 grams
  5. Coriander leaves - 10 leaves
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  7. Salt - for taste
  8. Cumin - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp)
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 tablespoon (tbsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onions into fine cubes. Ground ginger garlic in to paste. (or cut them in to fine pieces)
  2. Cut tomatoes into fine pieces.
  3. Crush black pepper and cumin seeds to a powder.
  4. In pressure cooker heat 3-4 table spoon of oil. Now add cut onions and cook until it turns golden brown.
  5. Now add all the other ingredients and cook for 7-10 min.
  6. Add 2 cups of water. Pressure cook until 2 whistle. Strain and serve the soup.

NOTES:

  1. You can cook this without pressure cooker. In a pan cook the soup until chicken is well done.
