INGREDIENTS:
- Thinai (foxtail millet) - 1 cup
- Shredded Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Crushed Cardamom - 1 (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Wash the thinai (foxtail millet) in water 2 to 3 times and remove all the stones and impurities. Drain all the water and Dry in shade for 30 minutes NOTE: don't need to dry well.
- Grind the Thinai (foxtail millet) in to a flour or powder in a mixer.
- Now add jaggery, honey, ghee, cardamom to the flour. Mix well and make small balls. NOTE: if you cannot make balls add ghee as needed until you are able to.
NOTES:
- Preparation: 30 minutes.
