INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted gram - 3/4 cup
- Seedless Dates - 1/4 cup
- Ghee or Milk - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Dry roast the gram to remove any moisture in low heat.
- In a mixer or blender add dates and run the blender couple of times. Now add roasted gram to the dates in the blender and grind to fine powder.
- Add Melted ghee or warm milk little by little to the roasted gram flour until you are able to make balls with the mixture.
- Make equal size balls and serve.
NOTES:
- Laddu made with ghee can be stored and ate up to 4 days.
- Laddu made with milk has to eaten the same day its made.
