INGREDIENTS:
- Green Gram flour - 2 cups
- Ghee - 1 cup or as needed
- Cardamom powder - 1/3 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Cashews - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Raisins - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Almonds - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Roast the green gram flour until the color changes.
- Powder the sugar in blender (mixer).
- Mix green gram flour, cardamom powder, sugar powder, cashews, raisins and almonds and mix well.
- Melt the ghee and add little by little until you are able to make balls with the mixture.
- Make equal size balls and serve.
