INGREDIENTS:
- Seedless Dates - 20
- Cashew nut + almond + pistachio - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Dry roast the nuts for 1 to 2 minutes. Grind this coarsely in a mixer.
- In a mixer grind well the dates with out adding any water.
- Heat ghee in pan. Now add the ground dates and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add nuts and mix well and cook for one more minute and remove from heat.
- Once cool down to room temperature (takes about 5 minutes) make these into balls (laddu). NOTE: while making balls you can add little oil or ghee. this will prevent laddu sticking to your hand.
NOTES:
- Cooking time: 10 minutes.
- Nuts ratio can be Cashew 1/3 : almond 1/3 : pistachio 1/3 of a cup.
